Social media outlets are a great way to communicate to customers and the general public. The challenge is to keep it fresh, light and creative.

Unfortunately, FTA is not aware of any revenue streams available for properties to implement social media.
As Jim points out in the video, reallocation of funding from existing budgets is a great source.
Another source of reallocated funding is inefficient use of labor at public open houses when paid attendees almost outnumber citizen attendees.
Public meetings will always be part of our processes, but more efficient and balanced expenditures are often possible.

Since the FTA funded this video, are there specific or dedicated funding streams or mechamisms (grants) for properties to implement social media?
